To make quesadillas more filling we will add either chicken or steak fajita meat.

flour tortillas
1/2 lb. meat (either chicken or steak fajita meat)
1/2 onion
sliced or shredded cheddar cheese
butter
tomatoes

Toppings:
sour cream
guacamole
salsa
